Dont put heavy items at Eshan (Northeast) corner.
Goods, its the main valued for shops, don’t put your readied or to be preparation goods should not be kept at Eshan (Northeast) corner.
Keep the readied goods at Southwest corner, its always best and suitable place for keeping goods.
West should be occupied with goods.
Mainly south should always be occupied at shops, it may be with goods or Almira or heavy items at shops.
शोपिंग माल,सिनेफ्लेक्स तथा मल्टी फ्लेक्स जेसी सार्वजानिक बिल्डिंग / इमारतों की समृद्धि के लिए वास्तु शास्त्र के निम्न नियमों का पालन करना चाहिए —-
——– Main gate- मुख्य प्रवेश द्वार -अगर भूखंड उत्तर मुखी है तो मुख्य द्वार ईशान [उत्तर-पूर्व] NE से ,भूखंड पूर्व मुखी है तो मुख्य द्वार ईशान से , भूखंड दक्षिण मुखी है तो मुख्य द्वार आग्नेय [दक्षिण-पूर्व] SE से भूखंड पश्चिम मुखी है तो मुख्य द्वार वायव्य [उत्तर-पश्चिम] NW से उत्तम होता है।
—— Slope of land-जमीन का ढाल -जमीन का धन दक्षिण से उत्तर की ओर और पश्चिम से पूर्व की ओर होनी चाहिए
—–Security gaurd- सुरक्षा गार्ड का कमरा उत्तरी द्वार पर पूर्व मुखी , पूर्वी द्वार में उत्तर मुखी ,पश्चिमी द्वार में उत्तर मुखी ,दक्षिण द्वार में पूर्व मुखी होना चाहिए।
——- Parking /Portch -पार्किंग -गाड़ियों की पार्किंग वायव्य ,पूर्व या उत्तर में होना चाहिए
——निर्माण करते समय दक्षिण एवं पश्चिम में कम से कम स्थान व उत्तर पूर्व में अधिक खुली जगह रखें ।
—–Plantation of tree-दक्षिण ,पश्चिम एवं नैऋत्य कोण में भारी एवं बड़े पेड़ लगाना चाहिए
—-Lawn-उत्तर ,पूर्व और इशान कोण में छोटे पौधे या लान लगाना चाहिए
—–Bore ,well ,under ground tank – व्यापारिक ,व्यवसायिक भवन में कुवां ,बोर या जमीन के अंदर पानी की टंकी इशान कोण में होना लाभदायक होता है
—-ईशान कोण को हमेशा खाली ,साफ सुथरा व हलका रखना चाहिए
—–Septik tank -सेप्टिक टेंक को हमेशा वायव्य या पश्चिम दिशा में निर्मित करना चाहिए
——-Basement -यदि तहखाना बनाने की जरूरत है तो इसे पूर्व ,उत्तर और इशान कोण में बनाना चाहिए
—–Slope- तहखाने के फर्श का पूरा ढाल इशान कोण में होना चाहिए
—–Sump well -तहखाने से बरसात के पानी को बाहर निकालने के लिए इशान कोण में सम्प बनाना लाभदायक रहता है
—-स्वागत कक्ष या प्रतीक्षा कक्ष को हमेशा इशान ,उत्तर या पूर्व दिशा में बनाना ज्यादा लाभदायक रहता है
—–Fire fighting instruments–आग से बचाव के लिए “संयंत्र और आग बुझाने वाले सिलेंडर “अग्नि कोण या वायव्य कोण में होना उपयुक्त होता है
—–Boss- -प्रतिष्ठान के मुखिया को नेऋत्य कोण [दक्षिण-पश्चिम] में उत्तर की ओर मुंह करके बैठना चाहिए
—–Waiting hall -वेटिंग रुम हमेशा उत्तर या पूर्व में बनाना लाभदायक होगा
—-Conference hall -कांफ्रेंस हाल को उत्तर ,पूर्व या इशान कोण में बनाना लाभदायक होगा
——हवा और प्रकाश की पर्याप्त व्यवस्था होनी चाहिए
—-Kichen & Pentry -वास्तु शास्त्र के अनुसार किचन या पेंट्री को आग्नेय कोण में बनाना चाहिए
—-Toilets ,bathroom -शौचालय भवनों के वायव्य ,पश्चिम या दक्षिण हिस्से में बनाना चाहिए
—–Over head tank -छत के उपर पानी की टंकी नैऋत्य कोण में बनानी चाहिए
—–Transformer ,जनरेटर -अग्नि से चलने वाले सारे सामान जैसे ट्रांसफार्मर, जनरेटर ,मीटर को आग्नेय दिशा में रखना चाहिए
—–Stairs- सीढ़ी हमेशा दक्षिण, पश्चिम या दक्षिण-पश्चिम भाग में बनवानी चाहिए ,सीदी को हमेशा घडी की दिशा में घूमना चाहिए
—–Lift-लिफ्ट को हमेशा दक्षिण, पश्चिम या दक्षिण-पश्चिम भाग में बनवानी चाहिए
—–Godown ,store room-गोदाम, भण्डार कक्ष या स्टोर रूम दक्षिण-पश्चिम, दक्षिण या पश्चिम में होना चाहिए।
—–Cashier -कैशियर को हमेशा उत्तर की दिशा में मुंह करके बैठना चाहिए। कैश बॉक्स को हमेशा दाएं हाथ से उत्तर दिशा की ओर खोलनी चाहिए
—-Cash box -कैश बाक्स में कुबेर ,महालक्ष्मी और स्फटिक के श्री यंत्र की स्थापना करनी चाहिए
—–Mezzenine floor-मेजेनायिन फ्लोर को दक्षिण या पश्चिम दीवाल से लगकर बनाना चाहिए
—-Air conditioning unit-सेन्ट्रल ए.सी .संयंत्र आग्नेय कोण में लगाना चाहिए
—–A C -यदि हर कमरे में अलग अलग ए .सी . की यूनिट लगानी हो तो कमरे के अग्नि को ,दक्षिण या वायव्य में लगानी चाहिए
—-Solar Geyser -सौर उर्जा से चलने वाले गीजर या हीटर को आग्नेय कोण में लगाना चाहिए
